Étoile programme

  • Étoile is a unique program designed to provide students with a strong foundation. Through an understanding of anatomy, our students are guided and supported to build the necessary skills and technique required for RAD classes, dance competitions, and vocational schools. At our studio, we believe that a strong foundation is essential to developing confidence, elegance, and artistry in dance. By focusing on building a solid technical base, our students can fully enjoy their dance without worrying too much about the technicalities. We encourage students to take multiple lessons to help them develop and reinforce their skills further. As we strive to provide the best dance education possible, our studio aims to open more Étoile classes in the future.

Join us and discover the joy of dance through a strong foundation and artistry!

  • Students will be placed according to their age group, as well as their potential to ensure they receive appropriate instruction.

Our program consists of four levels:

    Level la for ages 4-5

    Level lb for ages 6-8

    Level ll for ages 9-13

Level lll for ages 14 and up

By placing students in the appropriate level, we aim to provide a supportive and challenging learning environment that allows them to grow as dancers and achieve their full potential.

Know Your Body (K.Y.B)

  • As dancers, our bodies are our instruments, and it's crucial that we care for and understand them.

At K.Y.B, we offer a comprehensive program that focuses on the essentials of strengthening, lengthening, and endurance, with an underlying emphasis on injury prevention. Our program is designed to translate and carry over to class works, rehearsals, and performances, allowing dancers to perform their technique safely and efficiently.

We believe that cross-training is a crucial component of a dancer's training. By taking a holistic approach to dance training, we help dancers develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, which leads to improved technique, greater resilience, and longevity in their dance careers. Join us and discover the benefits of taking a proactive approach to your dance training with K.Y.B.

  • Yes, K.Y.B is compulsory for anyone taking RAD classes. It's a 30-minute program that focuses on educating students about basic anatomy to help them advance their skills in dance.

By understanding their bodies, dancers can develop greater strength, flexibility, and endurance, leading to improved technique and reduced risk of injury.
